At Riverdale Out of Hours School Care, your child’s enjoyment is our number one concern. Each of our team will take personal responsibility to ensure that your child has an enjoyable experience at our Centre. All of our services participate in the National Childcare Accreditation Council’s Quality Assurance Program to provide the best service for you and your child.

We aim to:

Relate to each child in a warm, caring, respectful and responsible manner.

Involve the children in the planning of their recreational activities.

Ensure a safe, secure environment free from gender and racial harassment

Respect and be sensitive to the needs of parents and guardians.

Be aware of the children’s health and nutritional needs as part of the day to day care of children.

Inform parents and guardians of all accident, and or incidents relation to their child.

Ensure that all staff are appropriately skilled and provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Encourage the active participation of parents and guardians in their child’s development, care and use of the service

Our Recreational Based Program includes:

Programmed or free choice activities, including craft, cooking, sports and lots more.

Seniors Advisory Committee giving children more opportunity to influence the service.

Play station, music, movies and other audio visual activities.

Meals are provided at no extra cost; breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Excursions, special interest trips and deliveries to sports programs all included in the daily fees.
